Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Item/s need to be sent back to us in original condition and original packaging at the customers cost. We do not do refunds.
If you receive a faulty item/s please return in original packaging including a description of the fault. Also, include the return no. issued and receipt. If the goods are found to be faulty we will send a replacement or exchange for another item with a refund of the cost of freight. Andrianna Jewellery will not accept any item/s that is damaged caused in transit or due to external causes.
Please contact us before the item is sent back, so a return number can be issued. We also suggest extra cover insurance with Australia Post (international orders via your country’s postal service) or the pre-paid satchels which have a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any item/s being lost in shipping.
